In this document, “Service” refers specifically to the Duckwise: Stock Market&Trading mobile application. This Privacy Policy applies only to this App. Our other products (mobile games, etc.) may have separate privacy policies.
The App is designed to operate without collecting any personal data. We do not request accounts, login, identifiers, payments, or any form of personally identifiable information.

The App does NOT collect:
Subscriptions and purchases, if available in the App, are processed exclusively by the Apple App Store.
The developer does not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers or billing details. Apple may provide the developer with limited transaction information (such as subscription status or transaction identifiers) required to enable App functionality.
The App does not display ads, does not collect Advertising ID, and does not use any tracking or targeting mechanisms.
We may share aggregated, non-personal technical data with analytics providers:
We do NOT share any personal data (because none is collected). We do NOT share data with advertisers, brokers, or marketing partners.
The App does not use cookies, tracking SDKs, fingerprinting, or cross-app tracking. It does not require App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Since the App does not collect personal information, there is no personal data to delete.
Analytics providers may process aggregated, non-identifying technical data on servers outside the EU/EEEA, under Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate security safeguards.
